The people behind SonKim Capital bring together stewardship, execution, and market understanding. Their role is not only to manage opportunities, but to preserve the discipline, judgment, and alignment that make those opportunities worthy of long-term capital.

Dung Pham

MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Fund Raising, and Corporate Finance Advisory, he has successfully raised up to USD 800 million for real estate developments from leading local and international institutions.

Former Director of Finance & Accounting at KPMG and Indochina Capital, and former CFO of SonKim Land, overseeing financial operations and project performance across major real estate developments.

Nhat Pham

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

With over 17 years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment, and Fund Raising across Vietnam’s key sectors including Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, and Consumer, he has developed strong expertise in capital sourcing and financial advisory.

Over the past 10 years, he has held senior leadership roles including Director of Corporate Finance at HSC, Account Director at VNDirect, and Head of M&A at VDSC.

Tri Nguyen

CAPITAL MARKET DIRECTOR

With over 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory, Investment, and Fund Raising, he has advised on landmark IPO transactions in Vietnam, including Vietjet, VPBank, and Techcombank.

Previously worked at Sacombank and Vietcap. Most recently, he served as Capital Market Director at SonKim Land, supporting fundraising, in-house investment banking, and investor relations activities.

We do not see legacy as nostalgia. We see it as a responsibility to build what deserves to endure.
